Downtown Sherman NOW, a nonprofit organization focused on downtown Sherman revitalization, presents two annual events that feature fantastic food and Texas-made wines, as well as live music, art, and loads of fun.

The 2nd annual Sherman Showdown--Food Truck Competition was held May 9, 2026, featuring the best  bites from a lineup of creative food vendors.

 

2026's Stroll on the Square wine-tasting event is set for October 3. A VIP wine tasting night and the Wine Stroll event on October 1 will showcase Texas' bountiful wineries, along with a "Taste of Texoma" food pairing at each wine stop. Local bands play live s throughout the evening.
